I loved kayaking through the mangroves and the beautiful cenote tour was a highlight! There were great spots to unwind like the outdoor pool and relaxing spa services. The only minor downside was the soundproofing in our room wasn't the best, making it a bit noisy at times. 🌊

The Junior Suite Mangrove View was comfy and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The bed was plush, and we slept really well. The view from the room was nice too, with a beautiful glimpse of the mangroves. Just a bit of noise from outside sometimes, but overall a pleasant stay.

Soundproofing in the hotel is abysmal. the noises from the hallway and upstairs seem more like a bad space battle than a relaxing vacation. The comfort level of the beds leaves much to be desired, contributing to restless nights. Bottled water isn't automatically stocked, requiring requests which feels inconvenient during a stay. Dining experiences can be hit-or-miss. while some meals shine, others, particularly at the Japanese restaurant, lack flavor and authenticity.

The resort's lush gardens and serene pathways were a delightful escape, making every stroll feel like a walk through paradise. The clean and spacious areas were particularly lovely, offering ease of access for seniors like me.
